I'm a few clowns short of a circus, and unfortunately I've disillusioned myself into thinking I can write. Godspeed.

Bridgit's 1,768,942nd Pet Peeve

People that pay money to take courses on "How to Deal with Customers" or "How to Sell...".

Either you're tolerant and patient and customer service comes easily or you're like me and you picture most people's heads on burning stakes.

Either you're Rico Suave and you can smile and flirt enough to entice people to spend their hard earned dough on shit they don't need, or you're a little wallflower who asks the customer if they "need help with anything" loud enough that a dog might be able to hear them and then slinks away when they don't look at you.

Spending $350 on a course with a teacher that used to a) work customer service or b) sell stuff doesn't make you qualified to do either... so don't waste your time and money.

You, kid, are meant for greater things...

Like cooking my supper at the Olive Garden.

Chin up.. those hats are pretty sweet!

Those who can't teach, i was told once.

Can't sell, can't actually give customer service... so they teach!
