This makes me wonder, did your neighbour do this, or was it some crazy fan that decided to do it in the middle of the night? Of course he could be say a Flames fan and his friends wanted to change him by painting his car. But then again, the Oilers themselves might've decided to decorate his car to help liven up the spirit in your neighbourhood.
