I'm a few clowns short of a circus, and unfortunately I've disillusioned myself into thinking I can write. Godspeed.

Why do I just feel like...

laying my head down on my desk and pulling a Rip Van Winkle?

I've been so dog tired lately, I just can't begin to understand what might be wrong with me.

I'm at work right now, and I've never felt less like working in my entire life. Yesterday my assistant came in at 10, and by 11 I was ready to just pull my comfy ergonomic chair into the back room and have a nap.. with a garbage can by my side. Oh my God, please don't let me be pregnant! Anyway, I left about 4 hours early yesterday, and really, whatever. I have so much banked time owed to me, I may as well take 4 hours to go to the bank and then sleep. Oh, and play Leisure Suit Larry, but that's entirely besides the point.

Wayne's ill, too, which is amazing. The guy has the immune system of a boulder, and since I don't remember the last time that I saw a sick boulder, I could assume that's a good thing. I don't know, though, remember, I'm tired.

I have a new obsession.. and this is a fun one, albeit, EXTREMELY dorky.

So.. anyone ever heard of the Sony Aibo?

Well anyone that has, and knows even a LITTLE bit about me can probably understand why the child, dog lover and pseudo techie wannabe in me are all crying out for this lovable little marvel of technology. I spent an entire day at work a few weeks ago just reading an Aibo owner's blog on her relationship with her new 'pet'. I can use that term loosely, as I do actually have pets of my own, and although, this might interact with me in a like way, it'll never be able to duplicate my dog's nasty gas or the cat's ability to destroy all signs on plant life in the house.

AIBO

Speaking of pets, Summer has another show this weekend in Camrose. Wayne and I are driving down, and finally, after a year of knowing the guy, I get to meet his biological father. Apparently, his father and his step-mother are a tad fond of the sauce, so I can only assume, this weekend will do NOTHING to ease the lethargy I've been feeling for the past few days.

Anyway, wish us luck.. one more point and my baby girl will be a CANADIAN CHAMPION. Sounds impressive, huh? ;) Not really, It's just the stipulation Summer and I worked out between ourselves before she gets laid. She's not in any hurry anyway.. that dog loves being a single girl in the city! :)
